Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students, employees, and guests in person, by phone, and by email.
• Answer phones, screen calls, take messages, and manage sign-in/out; keep check-in lists.
• Give campus tours to admissions prospects.
• Coordinate remote meetings and process payments when needed.
• Maintain and organize conference rooms and common areas.
• Update forms, schedules, and contact lists; manage admissions data.
• Support scheduling of meetings and events, including catering.
• Receive, sign for, and distribute mail and packages; manage supplies.
