Job summary

Harper College is seeking a Student Engagement Student Aide to greet and assist students, staff, and visitors on campus. You will provide courteous service in person, over the phone, and via email, helping with general inquiries and guiding patrons to resources.

The role supports campus events and student organizations under the Student Engagement team. The position requires some availability during the listed daytime hours and up to 19 hours per week, with scheduling determined by student

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for students, employees and community members.
• Provide exceptional customer service in-person, via telephone, and through written/virtual communication.
• Assist with special projects and events; support clubs and student engagement opportunities.
