Ember Education is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to be the first point of contact for students, employees, and guests. You will greet visitors, handle inquiries via phone and email, and support front desk operations with calendar management and supply coordination.

The role includes conducting campus tours for admissions prospects, coordinating meetings, updating EP portals, processing payments as needed, and ensuring a welcoming, organized campus environment.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist students and guests in person, by phone, and email.
• Manage front desk, scheduling, and campus spaces.
• Coordinate tours for admissions prospects.
• Maintain mail, supplies, and conference room calendars.
