Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk professional in Miami to greet residents, manage access, and monitor security systems. You will work independently with minimal supervision, handling daily logs and incident reports, while staying aware of emergency procedures and building policies.

The role requires strong communication, a minimum of one year in front desk or residential operations, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet residents and service providers; monitor front desk operations.
• Understand and respond to emergency procedures; maintain logs and forms.
• Prepare incident reports using a browser or Word; complete required forms.
• Enforce building policies in a professional and firm manner.
