Naples Hotel Group is seeking a Guest Service Representative to greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and assist with reservations, ensuring a welcoming and seamless stay.

You will respond to guest needs with warmth and professionalism, log feedback, and provide local recommendations to enhance the guest experience. This full-time role requires flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in hotel or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.
• Proficient with computers and standard office software and reservation systems.
• Strong ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to make sound decisions following company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, confirm reservations, assign rooms, issue keys, review charges.
• Create, modify, and confirm guest reservations accurately.
• Set wake-up calls promptly.
• Answer phone calls within three rings with professional assistance.
• Complete shift checklist tasks and required shift reports.
• Provide personalized service by addressing guest inquiries with a focus on satisfaction.
• Conduct courtesy call-backs to ensure guest needs are met.
• Offer local recommendations on shopping, dining, entertainment, and directions.
• Log and address guest comments or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a detailed shift pass-on log for clear inter-shift communication.
• Notify housekeeping of room status updates (departures, early check-ins).
• Create and log maintenance work orders using the hotel system.
• Keep front desk and public areas clean, welcoming, and organized.
• Greet guests with a warm, friendly smile; maintain professional appearance.
