Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a confident, professional manner.
• Respond to member needs and provide prompt, accurate information.
• Answer phones knowledgeably and provide high-quality service.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Handle payments, give receipts and make change.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
