• Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required.
• Must complete all company training programs.
• Ability to read, write and follow simple instructions; present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a cheerful, marketing oriented way; forward to appropriate staff.
• Retrieve messages and deliver as directed.
• Greet on-site visitors and coordinate with staff.
• Maintain appointment calendars and transportation/beauty schedules.
• Handle mail, publications, and basic office tasks.
• Assist with supplies, filing, and light bookkeeping support.
• May drive company vehicle if required by community.
