Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hotel Front Desk Agent preferred
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to read, write and speak English and communicate with guests and Team Members

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with check-in/check-out
• Provide information about hotel services, rates and amenities
• Upsell services to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Handle payments, verify IDs, and balance cash bank
• Maintain brand standards and security procedures
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness
