East West Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and respond to requests with warmth and efficiency.

You’ll help guests enjoy their stay, share local tips, and coordinate transportation when needed, in a fast-paced Beaver Creek-area setting. Strong communication and a friendly demeanor are essential, with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual Spanish skills a plus and welcomed.
• Proven experience in guest-facing roles is preferred.

The Charter is looking for a Front Desk Agent who’s ready to bring energy, professionalism, and warmth to every guest interaction. In this front-line role, you’ll handle check-ins, check-outs, and customer requests with efficiency and a smile—while helping guests make the most of their stay by sharing all that our property and the surrounding area have to offer. If you love solving problems, creating great first (and last!) impressions, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do Includes:

• Welcome & Check-In: Be the first friendly face guests see, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
• Guest Assistance: Answer questions, provide recommendations, share directions and schedule transportation with the local Beaver Creek Village Connect service
• Exceptional Service: Deliver top-tier hospitality, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Problem Solving: Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a smile, turning challenges into solutions.
• Resort Ambassador: Highlight and promote our incredible property and amenities to enhance each stay.

Schedule: 5 days/week with 2 consecutive days off, 2:00pm - 10:00pm.

You bring a positive attitude, excellent communication and phone etiquette, and a professional, guest-first approach to every interaction. You're an organized multitasker with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, an attentive listener, and a dependable team player who follows through on commitments. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Teams. You're confident with technology and eager to learn new systems like our property management system, TRACK . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure, and enjoy helping both guests and homeowners, you'll fit right in. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
