Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Experience with property management software (RDP) and solid computer skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out and service requests during their stay.
• Manage reservations and update guest information in the property management system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Falcon Point, just steps from Nottingham Lake in Avon, CO, has an amazing opportunity to join the team as a Front Desk Agent! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and creating memorable guest experiences, this could be a great fit. Falcon Point is seeking a service-minded professional to support daily front office operations while helping owners and visitors make the most of their time in the Vail Valley.

In this role, you'll be a key resource for guests throughout their stay, balancing customer service, administrative responsibilities, and property coordination in a welcoming resort environment.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assist guests and homeowners with check-in, check-out, and a variety of service requests throughout their stay
• Manage reservations, update guest information, and maintain accurate records using property management software
• Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support smooth daily operations
• Provide local knowledge, activity suggestions, and helpful information about area amenities and attractions
• Monitor the lobby and front desk area to ensure a professional, organized, and guest-ready environment at all times

They bring a positive attitude, polished professionalism, and a natural talent for customer service. They are confident and capable at the front desk, preferably with prior hospitality experience and working knowledge of RDP reservation software. Strong computer skills are essential, along with fluency in English to ensure clear communication with guests and team members; Spanish language skills are a valued plus. Above all, this person is approachable, reliable, and committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
