East West Hospitality's Snowmass Mountain Lodging in Snowmass Village, CO seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, payments, and pre-arrival communications for a seamless stay.

This on-site role requires good hospitality, strong communication, and basic computer skills (Word, Teams, Excel). Flexible schedule including some nights, weekends, and holidays, with benefits like health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Guest Services experience not required but recommended.
• Good communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
• Basic computer knowledge including Word, Teams, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and owners and assist with arrivals, departures, and concierge support.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, payments, and pre-arrival communications.
• Address maintenance and housekeeping requests and conduct property inspections several times daily.
• Sort and deliver packages and maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area.
• Assist with arrival/departure inspections and other duties as needed.
• Assist with package and luggage delivery up to 100 lbs.

About The Role

Snowmass Mountain Lodging, located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

• Job Location: Snowmass Mountain Lodging, Snowmass Village, CO
• Pay Rate: $25.00 Hourly
• Schedule: Flexible Schedule, some nights, weekends, and holidays required
• Employment Status:
• Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do
