East West Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Avon, CO to support front office operations in a resort setting. You will assist guests with check-in/check-out, manage reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to provide local recommendations. Fluency in English is required, Spanish is a plus, and prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Falcon Point is seeking a service-minded professional to support daily front office operations while helping owners and visitors make the most of their time in the Vail Valley.

In this role, you'll be a key resource for guests throughout their stay, balancing customer service, administrative responsibilities, and property coordination in a welcoming resort environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assist guests and homeowners with check-in, check-out, and a variety of service requests throughout their stay
• Manage reservations, update guest information, and maintain accurate records using property management software
• Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support smooth daily operations
• Provide local knowledge, activity suggestions, and helpful information about area amenities and attractions
• Monitor the lobby and front desk area to ensure a professional, organized, and guest-ready environment at all times

Pay Rate : $23/hour (commission potential through concierge program)

Schedule : 5 shifts in a 40 hour workweek. Days, nights and weekends are possible.

The ideal candidate for this role is at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. They bringa positive attitude, polished professionalism, and a natural talent for customer service. They are confident and capable at the front desk, preferably with prior hospitality experience and working knowledge of RDP reservation software. Strong computer skills are essential, along with fluentEnglish to ensure clear communication with guests and team members; Spanish language skills are a valued plus. Above all, this person is approachable, reliable, and committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
