Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Tropicana Atlantic City is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to handle check-ins and check-outs for guests, using the resort's computerized front desk system.

This full-time, on-site role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills; prior front desk or reservations experience is preferred.

You will assist guests with information, assign rooms, and provide family-style service as part of our team on the casino boardwalk.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in hotel reservations or front desk operations preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the checking in and out of guests.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
• Provides Family Style Service at all times.
• Answers guest inquiries pertaining to hotel services, room rates and other requested information.
• Responsible for the registration of guests, assignment of rooms, issuance of keys and operation of computerized front desk system.
