Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Tampa Airport Westshore, managed by StepStone Hospitality, seeks an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to lead the Front Desk team across all shifts and ensure professional guest service. Flexible schedule and multi-shift availability are required, including weekends and holidays.

Experience with Marriott's Power of M and bilingual English/Spanish communication are strongly preferred; prior hotel leadership and budget awareness will be valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Desk experience required.
• Front Desk Supervisor/lead experience strongly preferred.
• Power of M experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Front Desk operations during assigned shifts.
• Provide hands-on leadership to Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, professional service and accurate transactions.
• Coordinate with other departments to address guest and operational needs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
