Staybridge Suites Ft. Lauderdale Airport-West is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check in/out, and manage reservations.

You will provide information on rooms, rates, amenities and local attractions, while ensuring a smooth and memorable stay. This role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to lift up to fifty pounds, with night shifts and Davie commuting required.

Qualifications

• Experience as hotel front desk agent or receptionist.
• Experience with hotel reservations software, Opera PMS a plus.
• Understanding of travel planning websites (Booking.com, Expedia).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsabilités

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
• Register guests collecting necessary information (contact details and dates).
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates and amenities.
• Respond to client complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready.
• Arrange personalized services for VIP guests and events.
• Meet monthly front desk goals (loyalty enrollments, recognition).
• Maintain records of bookings and payments.
• Be able to lift upwards of fifty pounds.
