Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services professional in Westlake, Texas. The position offers full-time hours with an hourly pay rate of $18 and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.

You will check guests in and out, handle calls, coordinate service requests, and assist with guest inquiries while supporting a welcoming, associate-focused environment at Deloitte University.

Qualifikationen

• Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.

Aufgaben

• Check guest in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
• Check guest out ensuring satisfactory stay at the hotel.
• Answer and process all incoming/outgoing guest and in-house calls.
• Responsible for Maintenance Service ticket input and tracking.
• Ensure guest name badges are created and organized based on the group arrivals.
• Be knowledgeable of all the services provided by the hotel to answer guest questions.
• Assist with answering phones and distributing guest luggage.
