Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University is seeking a Front Office Agent to support guest check-in/check-out, assist with luggage and answer hotel calls at the Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center. This full-time role offers $18 per hour with a friendly, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver's License with good driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check guest in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
• Check guest out ensuring satisfactory stay at the hotel.
• Answer and process all incoming/outgoing guest and in‑house calls.
• Responsible for Maintenance Service ticket input and tracking.
• Ensure guest name badges are created and organized based on the group arrivals.
• Be knowledgeable of all the services provided by the hotel to answer guest questions.
• Assist with answering phones and distributing guest luggage.
