Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Services Agent for the Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, Texas. The role handles guest greetings, luggage handling, room key handouts, and valet parking while upholding service standards.

Work includes providing route guidance, assisting with luggage, and supporting shuttle operations. This is a full‑time, primarily 2nd shift position with competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities within Benchmark Hospitality venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest or customer service preferred.
• Texas Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Must be over 21 years old for vehicle driving insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage upon arrival.
• Provide valet parking and park/retrieve guest vehicles.
• Give directions and information about hotel services.
• Deliver items to guest rooms and assist with shuttle duties.
• Conduct hotel tours for new guests.
