Job summary

Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, Texas seeks a Front Office Agent to welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and support operations from the front desk and communications center.

You will assist with phones, ticketing, and guest inquiries, while contributing to a friendly, efficient experience for all visitors. Prior guest service is preferred, with reliable computer skills and Outlook knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check guest in and out, ensuring proper credit is recorded and requests noted.
• Answer hotel phones and process inquiries from guests.
• Input and track maintenance service tickets and assist with luggage handling.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel services to answer guest questions.
