Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Respond to guest requests, problems and complaints promptly and courteously; follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities and local area.
• Ensure delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests as needed.
• Follow hotel brand policies and be familiar with rates, packages, and promotions.
• Maintain front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
• Operate front desk computer system and communicate professionally via radio.
