Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Agent for TownePlace Suites Albany Airport/Latham. You’ll greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and assist with reservations in a fast-paced on-site environment near Latham, NY.

The role emphasizes guest service, accuracy in PMS, and strong communication. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, hotel setting preferred.
• Marriott experience is a plus.
• Must have strong computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out in the Property Management System.
• Handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identify guest needs and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
• Take reservations from callers and input into the system; update or cancel as requested.
• Typical Schedule: Morning 7AM-3PM; Evening 3PM-11PM; weekend availability and flexibility required.
