Job summary

TownePlace Suites Latham is hiring full-time and part-time Hotel Room Attendants to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and suites at our property near Latham, NY. You’ll vacuum, change linens, make beds, clean bathrooms, and report any maintenance issues while delivering friendly guest service.

Weekend availability is required to support peak periods. We offer weekly pay, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth within Buffalo Lodging Associates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor, ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Work weekends and holidays when required.
