Buffalo Lodging Associates’ TownePlace Suites Latham in Latham, NY is hiring full- and part-time Room Attendants to maintain clean guest rooms and suites. The property features 114 pet-friendly rooms, a heated pool, fitness center, free Wi-Fi, and easy access to Albany area attractions.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, reporting maintenance issues, and delivering friendly customer service. Weekend availability is required; benefits include weekly pay, a generous 401(k) match, paid time

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or training.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. and push a cart up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service.
• Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
