Kozy Hotel Houston North is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, manage reservations, and handle check-ins and check-outs with precision.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, handle payments, and resolve guest concerns while upselling hotel amenities when appropriate. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a guest-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or customer service experience (hospitality preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with hotel systems (StayNTouch is a bonus) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A team-first attitude and a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Handle payments, verify IDs, and maintain accurate records in our property management system.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
