Job summary

Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver is seeking a full-time Front Desk Agent with open availability to join our TEAM. You will welcome guests, manage information, distribute keys, and answer inquiries to ensure an excellent stay. We value energy, hospitality, and strong communication.

Prior front desk experience in a Hyatt brand or luxury hotel is ideal; training is provided. English fluency and Spanish preferred; flexible schedule incl weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience in a Hyatt brand setting or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right customer service professional looking to grow their career.
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)
• Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired
• Flexible schedule required for days, weekends, and holidays
• High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate others
• The ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously should pose a challenge without being overwhelming
• Ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas
