Job summary

Embassy Suites Denver Tech Center is seeking a hotel front desk agent to welcome guests, manage accounts, and ensure a superb stay. You will check guests in/out, handle requests, and assist with room bookings and rates.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management, organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations.
• At least 1 year hospitality experience as front desk agent or similar preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out, ensuring correct keys and room numbers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest account information.
• Handle guest complaints when needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms for new guests.
• Answer calls and inquiries about room bookings, rates, amenities, and rewards programs.
• Stand for 8-hour shifts in a dynamic environment.
