Qualifications

• Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred, but willing to train the right customer-service professional.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning hotel systems and technology.
• Flexible availability, including days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay
• Check guests in and out, assign rooms, and manage guest information
• Answer questions and provide helpful hotel and local recommendations
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism
• Communicate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel procedures
