Moxy Washington, DC Downtown is seeking a charismatic Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage information, issue keys, and coordinate room assignments for memorable stays.

The role requires excellent communication, a flexible schedule, and comfort with hotel software like OnQ, Opera, and Lightspeed. English fluency is essential; additional languages are a plus. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position in a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right customer service professional looking to grow their career.
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack).
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired.
• Flexible schedule required for days, weekends, and holidays.
• High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate others.

Responsibilities
