Courtyard Chevy Chase is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of the hotel. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries across all shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out according to hotel standards.
• Inform guests about facilities, policies, and local information.
• Operate the hotel phone system and relay messages.
• Manage reservations and adjust bookings as needed.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with courtesy and care.
• Handle cashier duties and post charges to guest accounts.
• Notify housekeeping and maintenance of issues.
• Maintain front office cleanliness and security procedures.
