Grand Hyatt Nashville is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide friendly, professional service from arrival to departure.

This role supports guest satisfaction by answering questions, handling reservations, payments, and room assignments, while coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met. Flexible schedules including weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality coursework preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or front desk is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PMS experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Answer guest inquiries via phone and in person.
• Process reservations and payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms and meet guest needs.
• Maintain front desk area reflecting Hyatt standards.
