Job summary

Holiday Inn Opryland in Nashville seeks a Guest Service Agent to greet guests, check them in and out, and ensure a warm, inviting stay. You’ll share local knowledge about dining, attractions, and events to enhance the guest experience.

In this on-site, full-time role, you’ll handle cash, operate the property management system, and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service while adapting to varying schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• 3–6 months of related experience preferred.
• Must be a people-person with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the front desk, delivering warm, welcoming service from check-in to check-out.
• Share knowledge of local restaurants, entertainment and events with guests.
• Handle cash and operate computers, databases, and property management systems.
• Maintain professional communication and respond promptly to guest requests.
