Job summary

Hilton Tempo Nashville is seeking a Guest Services Agent to support the Front Office team. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and respond to requests to ensure a positive guest experience.

This role requires strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a professional, welcoming demeanor. Shifts include weekends and holidays to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and check guests in/out efficiently and courteously.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle payments, room assignments, and reservation changes accurately.
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure timely room readiness and service needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
