Job summary

Midas Hospitality in Sikeston, MO is seeking a Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent to deliver outstanding guest service at check-in, during the stay, and at checkout.

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional and service-oriented, with strong communication skills. Responsibilities include reservations, payments, loyalty enrollment, and coordination with housekeeping to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, hotel, retail or related fields preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and use hotel Property Management System (PMS).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude during check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications and cancellations.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, promotions and availability.
• Promote loyalty programs and collect payments.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
