Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual abilities preferred for diverse guests.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and night audit processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on arrival with enthusiasm.
• Process check-in and check-out accurately.
• Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Handle room assignments and special requests to ensure a pleasant stay.
• Resolve inquiries to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs.
• Escalate issues to Front Desk Manager when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Balance daily cash and process payments.
