Job summary

SpringHill Suites Cheraw is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service as the first point of contact for guests and visitors. You will manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently while upholding high hotel standards.

The position is full-time (≈40 hours per week) with a biweekly paid schedule, offering Marriott-brand career advancement opportunities and employee discounts. Strong communication and organizational skills are required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor and provide a positive first impression of the hotel.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Handle reservations and cancellations in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the property management system.
• Promptly respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area and lobby.
• Assist guests with luggage and information about the local area.
• Promote and upsell hotel amenities and services to guests.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operation.
