The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and experience with reservation systems. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in high-volume workloads.
• Familiar with computer systems and reservation software.
• Flexible availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and check-in/out via computerized system.
• Handle guest requests (tours, restaurant reservations).
• Assist with check-in/out, payments, and key issuance.
• Answer phones and online inquiries promptly.
• Assist with organizing events and meetings.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally.
• Perform light cleaning and restock supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
