Responsibilities include monitoring room status, promoting future sales, maintaining confidentiality of guest information, and coordinating with housekeeping and management to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Welcome guests with friendly greeting and smile.
• Handle reservations, check-in/out, and guest accounting.
• Monitor reservations and rate availability using front desk system.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and communications with management.
• Basic English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Promote future sales and updates.
