Job summary

Arbor Lodging Management provides Front Desk Agent services at a Home2 Suites by Hilton Champaign property. The role greets guests, processes check-ins/check-outs, and verifies reservations to ensure a smooth arrival experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with reservations, upselling facilities, handling payments, and coordinating with other departments to resolve any guest questions or issues while maintaining a positive, guest-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with hotel reservations software preferred.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a guest-first approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly manner.
• Assist in reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking.
• Assist large groups upon arrival and locate dining/attractions nearby.
• Be the first to handle and resolve guest issues.
• Process payments according to procedure and upsell facilities.
• Handle check-out tasks and balance cash/credit cards.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve guest requests.
