Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to join our Frontier Hospitality Group team in Pleasant Valley Township, IA. You will provide high-quality customer service, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries during a flexible schedule that may require two to five shifts per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (nice to have but not required).
• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality customer service.
• Handles guest reservations.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
• Other duties as required with the department.
