Home2 Suites by Hilton West Sacramento is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests at the front desk, handle check-ins and payments, and provide information about hotel services.

Greet guests professionally, resolve issues with empathy, and ensure accurate room assignments and transactions. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts is required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months in customer service preferably in a hotel setting.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and overnight shifts.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process payments.
• Provide information to guests or visitors and resolve issues with urgency and empathy.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and follow front desk procedures.
