Job summary

Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join their team in Buffalo. The Front Desk Agent serves as the face of the hotel, delivering superior guest service and handling the check-in/check-out process via the Property Management System.

The role includes greeting guests, handling cash and card transactions, managing reservations, and providing timely information about hotel services. Typical schedule includes morning and evening shifts with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience, in a hotel setting preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, Word, and Excel is strongly preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests, complete the check-in/check-out procedure through the Property management system while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handles cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identifying the needs of each guest and provides relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities, to create an accommodating environment for all.
• Taking reservations from incoming callers while providing excellence in service and inputs all information into the hotel management system.
