Job Duties

1. Anticipate and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner.
2. Provide the highest level of service to guests.
3. Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and handle special requests.
4. Assist guests by knowing hotel property, local attractions, and hotel outlet hours.
5. Work as a team to meet guest needs and support other departments.
6. Follow the guest service recovery program.
7. Use proper selling techniques to maximize room revenues.
8. Monitor room availability, adhere to restrictions, and follow booking policies.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.
