The authentically African-inspired resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, retail shops, and a modern convention center.
We invite you to apply for the Front Desk Agent position. In this role, you will assist resort guests during check-in, stay, and check-out, providing a memorable resort experience to all guests.
Requirements include a background of 1-2 years in front desk/guest service. A hospitality management degree is preferred but not required.
