As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first impression for our guests upon arrival and throughout their stay. You will build lasting impressions and gain loyal guests by handling all questions, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests receive a friendly, efficient, and error-free check-in and check-out experience.
• Handle requests in a fast-paced environment by coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Answer questions regarding the local area and facilities, providing directions and resources to enhance guest stays.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette, including transferring calls, taking messages, and making reservations.
• Follow cash handling procedures, and post and reconcile charges to guest receipts.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a guest-facing role in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology.
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
