  4. Maintain a clean and organized front desk.
  5. Provide accurate information about the hotel, rooms, and amenities.
  6. Process payments and handle cash transactions.
  7. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for smooth operations.
  8. Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly work environment.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
