Job Title: Front Desk Agent at River Link Hotels

Hilton Garden Inn Mystic/Groton is hiring a hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for guests and manage all aspects of their accommodation. This is a Full-Time position. Responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. If you have customer service experience and work in the hotel industry, we would like to meet you. Your role will be to create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage online and phone reservations
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data
  • Register guests, collecting contact details and stay dates
  • Welcome guests and assign rooms upon arrival
  • Provide information about the hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities
  • Respond to guest complaints professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange services for VIPs and events
  • Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate
  • Maintain records of bookings and payments
