Join us as a Front Desk Agent at TownePlace Suites, Wentzville, MO, with Midas Hospitality.

Position: PM Shift (3PM - 11PM)

Responsibilities:
  • Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests, issue keys, and provide directions.
  • Manage incoming mail and faxes for guests.
  • Respond to inquiries about hotel services, reservations, and local information.
  • Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
  • Compute bills, process payments, and handle reservations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent preferred.
  • Customer service experience is required.
