SPIRE Hospitality operates the DoubleTree Nashville Downtown, inviting you to join the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a bustling downtown Nashville setting. The role focuses on welcoming guests, handling check-in/check-out efficiently, and maintaining high service standards across all guest interactions.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and customer-service background; hotel software familiarity (OnQ) is a plus, with opportunities for growth

The DoubleTree by Hilton- Nashville Downtown is located in downtown Nashville, a five-minute walk from the row of honky-tonks and bars on Broadway. Essential Job Functions

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred
• One year of experience working in customers service or a guest-facing role required
• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel
• Previous experience with hotel PMS systems ( OnQ) a plus.
