Spire Hospitality, LLC operates the DoubleTree by Hilton Nashville Downtown and seeks a Guest Services oriented Housekeeping team member. You will deliver exceptional guest service, maintain cleanliness, and support a home-away-from-home atmosphere for guests in a bustling downtown hotel.

Responsibilities include stocking carts, cleaning rooms to high standards, and promptly reporting supply needs or equipment issues to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull carts up to 100 lbs.

• Report supply levels and any equipment issues promptly to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction

The DoubleTree by Hilton- Nashville Downtown is in downtown Nashville, a five-minute walk from the row of honky-tonks and bars on Broadway. Famous attractions like Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum are within half a mile of our hotel. We feature live music on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights at our Fourth and U restaurant and bar.

In this role, you will excel in delivering outstanding Guest Services as a vital member of our Housekeeping TEAM. You will be responsible for achieving and maintaining guest satisfaction by creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere. From the moment guests enter their room, the attendant ensures they experience a sense of relief and comfort.

Essential Job Functions:

Physical Demands:

• Lift, carry loads weighing up to 50 lbs
• Push and pull wheeled carts weighing up to 50 - 100lbs
• Extend arms overhead, scrub, bend, and stoop for extended periods and work in confined spaces
• Meet deadlines, including thoroughly cleaning a minimum of 13 rooms per day

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
