1. Greeting guests upon arrival
2. Checking guests in and out
3. Answering calls and emails
4. Assisting guests with questions or concerns
5. Maintaining accurate guest records
6. Handling transactions
7. Providing information about amenities and local attractions
8. Keeping the front desk area organized and clean
